The commitments that will anchor the formal terms, stated plainly: every plan is month-to-month with no annual contracts; you can cancel in your dashboard with same-day effect and a pro-rated refund for unused days; there are no per-minute charges, rounding charges, or fees for spam calls and hang-ups; and the mishandled-call guarantee (one claim per quarter — that month free) is honored in writing.
